Question about Hurricanes Hockey Network

[stormy]

Hello,

I wasn't able to watch the game last night so I'm going to pretend it didn't happen. Can anyone answer this question about the HHN?

I'm thinking of splitting the full-season plan with my dad. He lives in the triangle and I live in Wilmington. If he purchases the plan on his Amazon account, would I be able to stream at the same time as him from Wilmington? I know prime lets us watch on different profiles in different places, but didn't know if live sports would allow this. Anyone have any experience in sharing an account in different locations for this? Let me know if that didn't make sense. Go Canes!

I *think* you could do that without issue. You're in the same region and Prime Video goes by household IIRC, but not the way Netflix does. I am not 100% on it though.

Thought I'd update this in case anyone else was watching for an answer to the same question. I am able to stream in Wilmington even though the main account holder is in the Triangle. However, you can only have two concurrent streams going per account, so might not be a perfect option if you are looking to split the bill more than two ways.
